RETURN INQUIRIES

If you already received your product, you have90 daysfrom the day of delivery to contact us and request a return form (RMA) and follow the instructions. Once the return goods request has been submitted you shall receive a confirmation email within 24-48 hours.Check your inbox for a return confirmation email. Attached to the confirmation email you shall find your approved RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) approval number and return shipping label. A return label will be provided for original orders that have shipped with Ground Services only.You will have 10 days to send out your return. A package can then be dropped off at your nearest UPS carrier store for the return shipment. A 10% restocking fee and return shipping cost applies for shipped returns.

PARTS INQUIRIES

In order to properly validate your product, and provide the correct recommended parts, please email parts@whitehauscollection.com with the following information:

• A copy of your sales receipt or photo of the fixture to identify the model number.
• Your contact/shipping information.
• A photo of the necessary part(s) or a brief video demonstrating the issue if you're uncertain about what is required.

The turnaround time for responses could range from 24 to 48 hours.
